With a record 90 riders taking part in the three events and a forecast of 25 degrees the day was a roaring success.
Teamwork moved up a gear to meet the high numbers with Peter and Christine Hackman still producing their high catering standards; Elizabeth Weatherburn and Marion Davison gave valuable assistance in the kitchen whilst Bob and Nick handled the record keeping.
It was a great day for the Club with eight riders from the Sunday All Day Group on the Danebury 150k event.
Thank you to all those involved in organising an excellent event. The Danebury 150 is a great route, made even better by excellent sandwiches and wonderful weather.
Thanks Nick for organising this. A great ride. English countryside and gardens at their best.
